Will registration be available on race day?
Yes. Participants will be able to register for the 5K and/or 10K through their mobile device up until the race begins.
How will results be displayed?
Results will display three gender categories (male, female, and non-binary) for both in-person and virtual results.
What award categories are offered?
Freeze for Food's age-group awards are currently suspended.
What is our refund policy?
Refunds are not allowed for this race event. Thank you for your donation in support of Open Doors for Refugees.
Is it possible to switch race event options?
Yes. Registrants can switch race event options up until race day. Email us at freeze@rpcvmadison.org.
Is it possible to transfer registration for the event to another person?
No. Transferring registration to another person is not permitted due to liabilities related to signing the waiver, and other organizational issues that arise from these changes.

Is a Virtual Option available?
We are not offering a virtual option this year. Please consider making a donation using the donate button on this site if you are unable to race in person.
