Will registration be available on race day?
Yes. Participants will be able to register for the 5K and/or 10K through their mobile device up until the race begins. We will also have laptops available to register on race day for those who do not have a mobile device.
How will results be displayed?
Results will display three gender categories (male, female, and non-binary) for both in-person and virtual results.
What award categories are offered?
Freeze for Food's age-group awards are currently suspended. We will provide an update once we have reinstated the award program.
What is our refund policy?
Refunds are not allowed for this race event. Thank you for your donation in support of Open Doors for Refugees.
Is it possible to switch race event options?
Yes. Registrants can switch race event options up until race day. Use the race Contact Info form located here, Race Contact Info.
Is it possible to transfer registration for the event to another person?
No. Transferring registration to another person is not permitted due to liabilities related to signing the waiver, and other organizational issues that arise from these changes.

How are virtual results collected?
Virtual runners will self-report, and we'll list those results and honor your participation, but as a separate list. You have one week from the in-person race date to submit your result.
