RYBO Update

 

We are keeping our promise to provide a flat, runner & walker-friendly course for everyone. By establishing the Start/Finish line at the Hawthorne end of the Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail we eliminate those tough, winding hills while providing a shaded course for all three distances!

The 5K and 10K courses are a simple out-and-back while the Half Marathon will consist of two “loops” of going out and back for a little over 3 miles each way. This means you will never be too far from the Start and you will have access to water stops on BOTH sides of the trail.

Parking will be provided by the Hawthorne Middle/High School (21403 SE 69th Ave, Hawthorne, FL 32640) which is a few blocks from the Start/Finish area. For those coming from Gainesville, we suggest allowing at least 35-40 minutes for travel and picking up your race packet if unable to do so earlier.

Finally, be sure to tell your friends ASAP so they can avoid the price increase this Sunday!
