- IDENTIFY a race coordinator (staff/volunteer) within your organization
- SETUP RunSignUp Fundraising page with photos, links and organization messaging
- CREATE your organizational fundraising strategy for RAGV 2026 (P2P and/or Corporate Sponsors)
- DECIDE on your fundraising goals (# of runners, # of donors/sponsors, goal amount raised)
- ACTIVATE your network – for example: board, youth, staff, donors, vendors, other affinity groups
- OFFER fun incentives to get people to register and/or fundraise – example: parking space, prizes, time off
- USE & SHARE our social media kit to engage with: #StridesForPeace #OneStepAtATime and #RAGV2026
Race Day Logistics
- IDENTIFY a booth coordinator (staff/volunteer) within your organization if you'd like to have a booth at the event
- DECIDE who is representing you at the booth
- SET an engagement strategy
- PRODUCE materials for branding and activities – for example: team t-shirt, branded tablecloth, brochure, volunteer sign up sheet, materials for a fun activity
- SHARE your event calendar with Strides to include in race packets
- PLAN to pick up race packets in advance of race day if possible
- PLAN transportation to Schuylkill Banks Pergola and snacks for your group
- USE & SHARE our Social Media Kit to engage with #RAGV2026

Parking Information
Parking near Eakins Oval is limited, so please plan ahead.
There is no free parking in the immediate area — all nearby options are paid parking.
Nearby Paid Parking Options Include:
- Parking garages near the Philadelphia Museum of Art
- Metered and garage parking along Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Pennsylvania Avenue
- Metered street parking on surrounding streets, including the Painted Street area
- Additional garages and lots in Center City and near 30th Street
Street Parking:
Limited metered street parking may be available, but spaces fill quickly. Please read all posted signage carefully, as parking regulations are strictly enforced.
Important Reminders:
- Arrive early and allow extra time to park and walk to the start
- Expect typical city parking rates
- Carpooling, rideshare, or public transportation are strongly encouraged
