WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RACE?  A Virtual Race is an event you can complete Anytime/Anywhere! 

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY TIME? – Click on the Results tab in the menu bar and select "Submit Virtual Results" the system will walk you through the process.

I AM SHOWING UP ANONYMOUS IN THE RESULTS, HOW DO I FIX IT: Log into your RunSignUp Account, Click on the Pencil and paper in the upper right hand corner, Unclick the "show" as Anonymous in public participant lists and results, Click Save.

IS THERE A SPECIFIC APP WE NEED TO USE TO TRACK OUR TIME?  You can track your run with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like. 

SHIPPING FAQs:

WHEN WILL MY RACE PACKET SHIP?  All race packets will ship out by October 4, 2022.  We utilize the United States Postal Service for our shipping needs. You can print your bib online.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? We do ship to registerants outside the US. We ask that you pay the additional shipping costs.

Do I have to raise a minimum amount of money to participate in the Run/Walk? No, you do not have to raise a minimum amount. The minimum requirement is to pay your registration fee. Any additional fundraising directly benefits the charities listed under the Donate Link on the Home page.

If I can’t attend the event, can I still fundraise? Yes! You can set up your own fundraising page if you cannot walk or run at the event. You can raise money online.  100% of your generous support will go toward supporting the event charities.

Do I have to be on a team? No, you can register as an individual, start a team, or join a team. 

How do I donate to the event? You can donate online to support a walker, runner or team, or you can make a general donation to support the event charities.

What is the difference between Race the Runway and the Taxiway Trot?  Race the Runway is a 5K distance run/walk. The Taxiway Trot is a .83 mile run/walk for those of you who prefer a shorter distance. 

Can I get a t-shirt if I don’t participate or want an extra one?  Yes, please click on the store button in the menu bar.  Each shirt is $10.
