Event Day Schedule:
- 7:30 AM: Registration/Packet Pickup
- 8:30 AM: Opening Ceremony
- 9:00 AM: 5K Run/1 Mile Walk
- 10:00 AM(estimate): Closing Ceremony, Survivor/Patient Ceremony, & Awards
Important Information:
- Packet Pick-Up: Pick up your race bib and t-shirt at the Packet Pick Up Tent between 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM.
- Donations: Supporters can donate on your personal fundraising page or through the main page.
- What to Wear: Race to Cure Sarcoma shirt or your team shirt!
- On-Site Registration: Available from 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM. Adults: $50.00 Children (6-12): $10.00
- Please visit the Registration Tent, to sign up using the QR code provided. NOTE: Registration fee must be paid via credit card through event page. We do not accept cash/checks on site at the event.
- What to Bring: Photo or note for the Wall of Hope and Remembrance (Photos will not be returned so please make sure it is a copy).
- Pre-Race: Join us for inspirational speakers, music, and kids' activities.
- Post-Race: Survivor/Patient ceremony, award ceremony for top finishers, fundraisers, and teams, plus music and kids' activities.
- Photos: A professional photographer will be at the event. Share your photos using @CureSarcoma and #RTCNorthCarolina. You can email photos to events@curesarcoma.org.
- Team Tailgating: Teams can bring a 10x10 tent and table. Email events@curesarcoma.org to reserve a spot.
