Volunteer
We need your help at our 13th Annual Race for Rest 5K Presented by Monday Night Brewing! If you aren't able to participate in the 5K, please volunteer to help make the event happen & then join at the official after-party at Monday Night Garage.
Volunteers will join us on race day (Saturday, Oct. 24th) from 8am-10am to direct parking, cheer on racers, guide runners along the course, and pass out water to people crossing the finish line.
Volunteers will also receive a free beer (21 and over), coffee from Dancing Goats Coffee, and a t-shirt!
