Ramblin' Rose Fall Virtual Triathlon, Duathlon & 5K

AWARDS
We will not be presenting race awards for this event for one main reason - we want this to be about accomplishment and not a competition.  Besides, almost everyone will be "racing" on a different course so there is really no way to compare times relative to one another.  We will be awarding age group awards as normal at our in person events, just not at this virtual one. 

HOW TO REPORT TIME
You will report one time through the RunSignUp portal.

You will enter your swim time, your bike time and your run time directly into RunSignUp and it will add them together for your final time.  

For the 5K you will simply post the time it takes you to complete the 3.1 miles.

For the duathlon you will enter your combined run time (if you split it into two runs) and your bike time.

For the aquathlon you will enter your swim time and your run time.

For the aquabike you will enter your swim time and your bike time.

You will also need to be able to verify the distances covered.  There are MANY ways to do this and our preferred method is using the RaceJoy app on your phone.  This app is free for you to use and will track you during the ride and / or run portion of the event.  For the swim portion we will simply take you at your word you completed the distance and were able to measure your time.  Once done you will submit your times as mentioned above.

Here is a list of possible ways to verify your results:

1. Use a Garmin or other GPS enabled watch
2. Use any sort of tracking app on your smart phone
3. Send screen shots, photos or any sort of downloadable distance file from any indoor equipment you used (smart trainer, treadmill, etc)
4. Send a link to your Strava account where your workouts are uploaded

All items will be submitted to us at jdavis@setupevents.com Of course you will still need to load your total time into the RunSignUp portal as mentioned above.
