In consideration of this entry being accepted, I, for myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release and discharge B-N Sunrise Rotary, City of Bloomington, Bloomington Police Benevolence Association, General Electric Corporation, and any sponsors and supporters of this run, including all directors, shareholders, officers, employees and volunteers, from all claims and damages, demands, actions, whatsoever in any manner arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event. I acknowledge the risk involved in this event and I attest that I am in good health and physically fit to participate in this event.
