I acknowledge that Lionfish Culling / Hunting can be a strenuous undertaking and carries with it the potential of death, serious injury and property loss.

I hereby assume the risks of participating in the 2025 WINTER LIONFISH TOURNAMENT.

I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.

I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin and successors and assigns as follows. (a) waive, release, discharge from any and all liability and agree not to sue for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or action of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me as a result of my participation in the  2025 WINTER LIONFISH TOURNAMENT the following entities: event organizers, sponsors, directors, workers, volunteers, event location, and or any related event or location (b) indemnify and hold harmless the persons or entities in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of any of my actions during the 2025 WINTER LIONFISH TOURNAMENT or any related event.

I hereby grant the 2025 WINTER LIONFISH TOURNAMENT permission to use my likeness in photographs, video recordings or electronic images in any and all of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the organization and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the organization to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these images for purposes of publicizing the organization's programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the organization from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

All entry fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable and entries are non transferable.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.
