Waiver and Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Run for Donuts 5k and Fun Run for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, I do hereby release and forever discharge Ronald McDonald House Charities of SWVA, Sherwood Memorial Park, Mountain Junkies L.L. C., RunAbout Sports, Runsignup.com, City of Salem, the event holders, event sponsors and their respective officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and all those persons involved in organizing and staffing this event from all claims, demands, losses, damages, actions, causes of actions or suits of any kind of nature, arising out of my participation in the race on November 7, 2026.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver.

Photo Release: I hereby grant the Ronald McDonald House Charities of SWVA permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

There will be no refunds.
