In consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the Colorado Pulmonary Hypertension PH in the Park 2025, I, for myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release, Done & Done Events, Runner’s Roost, University of Colorado, UCHealth, Children’s Hospital Colorado, the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, and any other contributing sponsors and supporters of this race and their respective officers, members, volunteers and employees from all claims arising out of my participation in the Colorado Pulmonary Hypertension PH in the Park 2025. I attest and verify that I have knowledge of the risks involved in this event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. I give permission for current and future use of my name and picture in any broadcast or print media account of the event as well as permission for communications to myself from the event and its sponsors, supporters, and vendors. I understand that the entry fees are non-refundable.
