Creating a Healthy Kids Running Series Fundraiser page is voluntary and at the discretion of the individual fundraising participant. Healthy Kids Running Series does not provide event access, registration, or race bibs to any external event. Fundraising participant agrees that they have secured registration for the external event themselves. Healthy Kids Running Series is not responsible for event fees and fundraising participant releases Healthy Kids Running Series of any liability  or responsibility therein. 

Donations made through Healthy Kids Running Series Community Fundraisers are unrestricted donations and are for the sole benefit of Healthy Kids Running Series. Fundraising participant can make no claim to the funds raised through the platform. All donations are final. In the event the fundraising participant withdraws, cancels, or does not complete the intended event, no refunds or returned donations will be offered.
