By registering for and attending Monster Machines in Motion ("Event"), I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in this event and understand that it is being held on the property of Frank Silha & Sons Excavating, an active industrial worksite.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Uneven terrain, gravel, dirt, mud, rocks, and loose surfaces
• Large rock piles and excavation areas
• Heavy construction and excavation equipment, whether stationary or operating
• Moving vehicles, machinery, trailers, and work equipment
• Slips, trips, falls, and other hazards associated with an outdoor industrial environment
• Weather-related conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, dust, and reduced visibility

Crowds and other participants
I understand that these risks may result in serious injury, illness, property damage, permanent disability, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Parent or Legal Guardian Responsibility
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising the children in their care at all times during the event. I understand that children must remain within designated event areas and may not climb on equipment, rock piles, or enter restricted areas unless specifically directed as part of a supervised activity.

Agreement to Follow Event Rules
I agree to:

• Follow all instructions provided by event staff and volunteers.
• Stay within designated public areas.
• Obey all posted signs, barriers, and restricted access areas.
• Not climb on equipment, machinery, rock piles, or other structures unless expressly permitted and supervised.
• Exercise reasonable care for my own safety and the safety of others.

I understand that event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who fails to follow these rules without refund.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Frank Silha & Sons Excavating, Rock County Cancer Coalition, RunSignup, event sponsors, volunteers, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

This release does not apply to claims resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct where prohibited by law.

Medical Authorization
If I or my minor child requires emergency medical treatment during the Event, I authorize event personnel to seek emergency medical assistance on our behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Photo and Video Release
I understand that photographs and video may be taken during the Event. By participating, I grant Frank Silha & Sons Excavating and Rock County Cancer Coalition permission to use photographs, video, or other recordings of me or my minor child for promotional, educational, fundraising, or marketing purposes in print, online, and social media without compensation.

Electronic Acceptance
By checking the waiver acceptance box during registration, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms on behalf of myself and, if applicable, any minor children included in my registration.
