IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE PARTICIPANT LIST AND SHOW UP THE DAY OF THE EVENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ADDED ON! DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE EVENT AND EXPECT TO BE ADDED ON. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.
Since 1915 the Norwegian Foot March has been used to test the endurance of Norwegian soldiers. Now the Michigan Army National Guard Officer Candidate School is honored to be hosting the event at Fort Custer. The length of the march is 18.6 miles, weight required for ruck will be 25 lbs and must be completed in 4.5 hours (varies by gender and age group). Please see further information below.

This is a pass / fail event. If you do not meet the time standard, you do not earn the badge or certificate. All participants receive a t-shirt.
