2026 Vendor Registration Information
Important Venue Notes
• Vendors are strongly encouraged to pre-stage setup items on July 24 or July 25 to help reduce event-day congestion
• Event-day setup is from 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Vendor breakdown begins at 10:30 AM with venue clearance expected by approximately 11:30 AM
• Due to SeaWorld sponsorship requirements, only Coca-Cola products may be distributed onsite unless otherwise approved by venue management
Final participation remains subject to venue approval.
Vendor registration for the 2026 SAPD 5K Fun Run & Health Fair officially opens on May 22, 2026.
This free community event supports the 2nd Annual SAPD Back-to-School Drive benefiting Edgewood ISD students, families, and teachers. The event combines a 5K Fun Run, Health Fair, wellness outreach, and school supply drive into one family-friendly community event.
We are actively seeking vendors that provide:
• Health & wellness resources
• Educational materials
• Family services
• Youth programs
• Mental health support
• Public safety education
• Community outreach services
• Fitness & nutrition information
Vendors offering interactive booths, giveaways, wellness screenings, family-friendly activities, and community resources are highly encouraged to participate.

• Date: Sunday, July 26, 2026
• Location: SeaWorld San Antonio – Ports of Call
• Event Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• Vendor Registration Deadline: June 15, 2026
• Vendor Fee: None
• Final participation subject to venue approval
• Booth space is limited and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or booth placement
Vendor Expectations
• Maintain a positive, family-friendly environment
• Provide educational, wellness, health, fitness, or community resources
• Operate professionally and respectfully
• Follow all venue and event policies
• Support the event mission through optional school supply donations benefiting Edgewood ISD
Promotional giveaways are encouraged and may include:
• Pens
• Water bottles
• Bags
• Educational materials
• Wellness items
• Small branded promotional products
All giveaway items must remain family-friendly and appropriate for the event.
Beverage & Snack Requirements
Due to SeaWorld sponsorship agreements, only Coca-Cola products may be distributed onsite unless otherwise approved by venue management.

• Dasani Water
• Powerade
• Minute Maid products
Setup Information
Preferred vendor pre-setup dates:
• Friday, July 24, 2026
• Saturday, July 25, 2026
Event-day setup window:
• Sunday, July 26, 2026
• 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Vendor breakdown begins at 10:30 AM. Vendors should clear the venue area by approximately 11:30 AM unless otherwise directed by event staff or venue operations.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own:
• Tables
• Chairs
• Tent/canopy (optional)
• Displays and promotional materials
Please Note
• No electrical power will be available
• Battery-powered devices or portable fans are recommended
• No balloons, confetti, streamers, or unauthorized sound amplification
• Vendors must remain within assigned booth areas
• This is an outdoor event; vendors should plan accordingly for summer weather conditions
• Vendors are responsible for securing their own property, materials, and equipment
• Additional vendor parking and load-in instructions will be provided upon approval
A school supply donation drop-off location will be available near packet pickup for vendors and participants wishing to support the Back-to-School Drive.
