You understand that participating in Wags on the Water (with or without a dog) involves inherent risks to yourself and your dog.
You agree not to participate unless you and your dog are physically able and your dog has a current rabies vaccination.
You agree to assume all risks associated with participation, and release and discharge Beta Sigma Phi, the City of Lake Winnebago, affiliates, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims or liabilities, even if caused by negligence.
You grant permission for your name and pictures of you and/or your dog to be used for event publicity or promotional purposes without liability or obligation.

Restricted Dog Breeds in the City of Lake Winnebago: in accordance with [Ord. No. 260§15, 5-1-1982; Ord. No. 492, 8-13-1997] and in an effort to stay in compliance with the ordinance, breeds listed as restricted will not be permitted to participate in the Wags on the Water event.
