2026 AF Raider Run Waiver

In consideration of participation in the activities (RAIDER RUN) of the Green High School AFJROTC – 20062 BOOSTER, INC., I declare my child is medically able to participate in the activities offered. I understand that there may be risks which may include disabling injury and/or death involved in all physical demands related to the activities undertaken. I (we) agree to hold harmless the Green High School AFJROTC – 20062 BOOSTER, INC., Green Local Schools, the City of Green and their respective officers, employees, members, volunteer, and sponsors from any and all liability including due to their negligence, and do, for my child, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which may have or which may accrue to my child arising out of or connected with my child’s participation in this activity. I acknowledge the particular hazards and potential danger of my child’s participation in this activity. I give my permission to the representatives of the Green High School AFJROTC – 20062 BOOSTER, INC. to secure appropriate medical treatment in case of an emergency and understand that I will be fully responsible for the costs of any treatment. I understand that I am responsible for repairing or replacing any damages incurred to equipment or facilities caused by my child. Green High School AFJROTC – 20062 BOOSTER, INC. City of Green staff, and / or Green Local School staff may take photographs or videos of my child(ren) before, during, and after the event. I / (we) expressly authorize these photos and videos of my child(ren) to be used by Green High School AFJROTC – 20062 BOOSTER, INC., City of Green, and / or Green Local Schools in future activity guides, brochures, news articles, flyers, digital images on social media or websites, or other promotional projects.
