I am 18 years of age or older and would like to register for the Climb to End Cancer of Flagstaff. This event is about more than the miles we hike—it's a chance to fuel the American Cancer Society’s mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.

To activate my fundraising page and receive my event t‑shirt, I understand that a $50 mission gift is required at registration, and that all adult participants are encouraged to fundraise at least $250 to support lifesaving research, patient programs, and advocacy.

I am a cancer survivor, thriver, or previvor—what the American Cancer Society calls Living Proof—and would like to register for the Climb to End Cancer of Flagstaff. This event honors those who have faced cancer by bringing our strength to the mountain to fuel the mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.

As Living Proof, I will receive a special survivor t‑shirt that highlights my journey and contributes to the powerful visual of hope on event day—survivors who have overcome cancer helping others do the same.

A $35 mission gift is required at registration to activate my fundraising page. Living Proof participants are encouraged to fundraise at least $250 to support research, patient programs, and services that ensure no one faces cancer alone.

If I would like to receive both the Living Proof shirt and the standard climber t‑shirt, I will have the option to add the standard shirt for an additional $10.

I am an active or retired first responder or member of the U.S. Armed Forces and would like to register for the Climb to End Cancer of Flagstaff. This event brings our community together to fuel the American Cancer Society’s mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.

To activate my fundraising page and receive my event t‑shirt, I understand that a $35 mission gift is required at registration. First Responders and Veterans are encouraged to fundraise at least $250, helping advance research, patient support, and programs that ensure no one faces cancer alone.

I am between 5 and 17 years old and would like to register for the Climb to End Cancer of Flagstaff. This event invites young climbers to be part of a community working together to help the American Cancer Society end cancer as we know it, for everyone.

To activate my fundraising page and receive my event t‑shirt, a $15 mission gift is required at registration. Youth participants are encouraged to fundraise at least $100 to support lifesaving research and programs that help families facing cancer.
