My student will participate in the CRBA Nutcracker Sweet Workshop.  My student will commit to attending in studio rehearsals during the period of Nov. 17, 23-24, 30, Dec. 1-4, 7-9 (additional rehearsals for Class 6 and 7 students only on select Saturdays in Oct/Nov/early Dec).  My student will commit to attending the dress rehearsal on Dec. 11 and performances of Nutcracker Sweet on Dec. 12, 2026 at the theatre.  I understand that attendance at rehearsals is required in order to perform in the show.  I understand that the workshop fee includes all rehearsals at studio and theatre, costume(s) which will be retained by CRBA, full supervision at theatre rehearsal and show, and professional video download of the show.  I understand that the workshop fee does not include tickets to the show, which will be sold separately.  I understand that dance is a physical activity and that there is a an inherent risk of injury in participating in dance.  I give approval for the enrolled student to participate in all aspects of Charles River Ballet Academy.  I will not hold Charles River Ballet Academy or any of its teachers, students, or volunteers responsible for any injury to the enrolled student while participating in its classes, rehearsals, or performances.  I also give approval for photos of the enrolled student to be used in CRBA ads, programs, poster, and website.  I understand that my student's workshop fee is non-refundable.
