Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for this event, I voluntarily agree to participate and release and hold harmless the Event Organizer, RunSignup.com, participating establishments, sponsors, volunteers, and their representatives from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.

I understand that a pub crawl involves risks, including walking between locations, crowded environments, weather conditions, traffic, and interaction with others. I assume all risks related to my participation.

I certify that I am of legal drinking age and agree to drink responsibly. I will follow all laws, venue policies, and event guidelines, and I am responsible for my own safety and transportation.

In the event of an emergency, I understand that event staff may contact emergency services if needed, and I am responsible for any resulting medical costs.

I grant permission for photos and video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.

All registrations are non-refundable. The event may be modified, postponed, or canceled if necessary.
