In consideration of accepting this entry, I, intending to be legally bound, hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Operation SAFEE Flight, Inc., Signature Aviation, Opa-Locka Executive Airport, Miami-Dade County and all event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, agents, and employees ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, or injuries to my person or property arising out of or in connection with the SAFEE Flight Plane Pull Challenge, whether caused by ordinary negligence or otherwise.

I know that pulling a plane is a physical, potentially hazardous activity involving risks such as overexertion, falls, equipment failure, and airport/environmental hazards. I certify that I am physically fit, sufficiently trained, and medically able to participate safely. I agree to comply with all event, security, and safety rules, and I authorize event officials to secure emergency medical care at my expense if needed.

I grant Operation SAFEE Flight, Inc. the unrestricted right to use my name, image, voice, and likeness in any photos, videos, or media for promotional or fundraising purposes without compensation.

I understand all entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the event is canceled or rescheduled due to emergency or circumstances beyond control.

By signing/checking below, I acknowledge that I am between the ages of 18 to 60, I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this legally binding release governed by Florida law.
