By registering for the Run Forrest Run Endurance Fest, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and understand that running, walking, or participating in any endurance activity involves inherent risks.

These risks include (but are not limited to):
tripping, falling, dehydration, overexertion, uneven terrain, weather conditions, and the possibility of realizing halfway through that this may not have been your best idea.

 
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that I am responsible for my own health, safety, and well-being during this event. I certify that I am physically able to participate and have not been forced into signing up (even if it felt like it at the time).

 
MEDICAL & LIABILITY RELEASE
I hereby waive, release, and discharge the event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, park officials, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability for injury, illness, damages, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Yes—even the blisters.

 
RACE CONDITIONS
This event will take place rain or shine. I understand that weather conditions may vary and agree to participate regardless. If it rains, I’ll get wet. If it’s hot, I’ll hydrate. If it’s perfect, I’ll take the win.

 
OUR PURPOSE
I acknowledge that this event exists to support the Effingham Navigators, a program dedicated to individuals with special needs and building a stronger, more inclusive community.

By participating, I am contributing to something bigger than just a finish line.

 
PHOTO RELEASE
I grant permission for event organizers to use photographs, video, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.

 
FINAL AGREEMENT
By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.
