In consideration of accepting my entry, I intend to legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, and do hereby release and discharge the Buhl Club and any and all service organizations, municipalities, boroughs, sponsors, and volunteers connected with the operation and running of this event from any and all cause of actions and/or liabilities, including but not limited to those arising from illness, injuries, and damages I may suffer as a result of my

participation and/or results of me participating in this event without obligation or liability to me. I have the entry information provided and certify my compliance by

signature below. I also understand the entry fee I pay is non-refundable. Furthermore, I certify that I have engaged in conditioning for this event and am fully aware of the risks involved in long distance running. I hereby give permission to use any photographs of the above mentioned for lawful, promotional, or informational purposes.
