Assumption of Risk
In consideration of my acceptance into this event, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic, road and course conditions, communicable diseases, negligence of others, serious injury, illness, disability, death, and property damage. I certify that I am physically fit, sufficiently trained, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
Release and Waiver of Liability
I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge E-Dragon Productions, the Event Director, RunSignup, race officials, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, timing companies, property owners, municipalities, governmental agencies, law enforcement agencies, emergency medical personnel, and all affiliated organizations and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all released parties from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or attorney fees arising from or related to my participation in this event.
Medical Authorization
In the event of illness, injury, or medical emergency, I authorize race officials to obtain medical treatment on my behalf and accept full responsibility for all associated costs, including transportation, medications, treatment, and hospitalization.
Event Changes, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
I acknowledge that the event may be modified, delayed, postponed, shortened, rerouted, or canceled due to weather, public safety concerns, acts of God, governmental action, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control. I understand that entry fees are non-refundable and that registrations and bib numbers are non-transferable except as specifically permitted by race management.
Photo and Media Release
I grant permission to E-Dragon Productions and its partners to use my name, image, voice, likeness, race results, photographs, video recordings, drone footage, and other media captured during the event for promotional, advertising, marketing, and other legitimate purposes without compensation.
Minor Participant Agreement
If the participant is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian signing below agrees to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor participant and accepts full responsibility for the minor's participation.
Acknowledgment
By registering for and participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms of this waiver and release, and I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by agreeing to its terms.
