Rally for Reagan – Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Rally for Reagan fitness fundraiser ("Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in a fitness event involving activities such as rowing, stationary biking, bodyweight exercises, lifting, or other physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, collisions, equipment malfunction, dehydration, heat-related illness, heart-related events, and other serious injury or death.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this Event and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any medical concerns.

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless LFTD Fitness Co., Rally for Reagan, the Event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, the Borough of Somerville (if applicable), property owners, event staff, and all affiliated individuals and organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my own health, safety, personal belongings, and any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation.

Should I require emergency medical treatment during the Event, I authorize Event personnel to obtain emergency medical care on my behalf. I understand that I am solely responsible for any resulting medical costs.

I agree to follow all Event rules, safety instructions, and directions from Event staff and volunteers. I understand that Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive without refund.

I grant permission to LFTD Fitness Co., Rally for Reagan, and Event partners to photograph, film, and record my participation and to use my name, likeness, voice, photographs, and video for promotional, educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes without compensation.

I understand that my registration fee is considered a charitable contribution toward this fundraising event and is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to weather, safety concerns, government orders, or other circumstances beyond their control.

By registering for this Event, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. If I am registering a participant under the age of 18, I certify that I am the participant's parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation under the terms of this waiver.
