By checking the box, I assume all risks associated with participating in this event. In consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against the James A. Greenleaf, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund Inc., the City of New London, Ocean Beach Park, all sponsors, race officials, volunteers, and any individuals or organizations associated with this event, for any injury, death, or property damage arising from my participation.

I also give permission for my photographic likeness to be used in all forms of media for promotional purposes.

A parent or guardian’s signature is required if the participant is under 18 on race day.
