All entry fees are non-refundable.

Badger State Timing reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, facility unavailability, or emergencies affecting participant or staff safety. Cancellation and postponement decisions will be made in accordance with the McFarland School District's facility use and safety policies. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

We reserve the right to change event details — including start times, division structures, and heat assignments — without prior notice.
