REGISTRATION, REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND TRANSFER POLICY

By completing this purchase, I understand and agree that all registration fees and RunSignup processing fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly approved in writing by Waypoint Athletics LLC.

Waypoint Athletics LLC may modify, postpone, relocate, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Waypoint Athletics HYROX Simulation if weather, facility or equipment conditions, governmental action, an emergency, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the Event impracticable or unsafe. Unless otherwise announced by Waypoint Athletics LLC, no refunds will be issued because of such modification, postponement, relocation, suspension, or cancellation.

A registration may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person unless the transfer is approved by Waypoint Athletics LLC and completed through an authorized RunSignup process. Any replacement participant must complete registration and personally sign all required waivers before participating.

Waypoint Athletics LLC may reasonably change team assignments, divisions, start times, the course, workout specifications, equipment, or other Event details when necessary for safety or event operations. Requested shirt sizes and availability are not guaranteed for registrations or transfers completed after the published apparel deadline.
