RUN WITH CALLITA
LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

I UNDERSTAND that participating in Run With Callita running club activities, including but not limited to group runs, walks, warm-ups, stretching, fitness activities, community events, and any related activities (“Activities”), involves inherent risks of injury, illness, accidents, falls, weather-related conditions, traffic hazards, animal encounters, physical exhaustion, and other risks that may result in serious injury, disability, or death.

I VOLUNTARILY CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE ACTIVITIES AT MY OWN RISK.

IN CONSIDERATION OF being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Run With Callita, its organizers, volunteers, pacers, leaders, sponsors, partners, and any affiliated individuals from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, accident, property damage, or death that may occur during or after participation in any Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

I am physically able to participate in these Activities.
I participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with participation.
I am responsible for my own health, safety, hydration, and personal belongings.
Run With Callita is a community-based, nonprofit-style running club whose purpose is to encourage health, wellness, fitness, and community support.
I understand that routes may include public streets, sidewalks, trails, parks, intersections, uneven surfaces, and traffic.
I understand that Run With Callita does not provide medical insurance for participants.
I agree to obey all traffic laws and safety instructions.
I agree not to file lawsuits, claims, or legal actions against Run With Callita or its organizers for injuries, damages, or incidents related to participation, except where prohibited by law.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant permission to Run With Callita to use photos and videos taken during club activities for social media, promotional, and community purposes without compensation.

MINORS

Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign this waiver.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.
