By registering for LCF’s 1 Mile & More, I understand that physical activities involve risks, including injury, illness, falls, weather, and contact with others. I voluntarily accept these risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release Laura’s Children Foundation, RunSignup, Bonner & Prendie, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, property owners, sponsors, partners, staff, and volunteers from claims related to participation.

I authorize emergency care if needed and accept responsibility for related expenses. A parent or guardian must remain with every minor for the entire event and sign a separate waiver for each participant. Closed toe athletic shoes are required.

I give LCF permission to photograph or record participants for promotional purposes. Registration is nonrefundable and nontransferable. If the event is postponed, the registration will become a credit for the rescheduled event.

By signing, I confirm that I have read and agree to these terms for myself or the minor listed.
