I understand that participation in the CCSD Project Graduation Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, traffic, road and surface conditions, and other risks associated with participating in a running or walking event.

By registering for and participating in this event, I certify that I am physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my participation in the event. To the extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Camden City School District, its Advisory Board, employees, officials, volunteers, agents, event organizers, sponsors, partners, and other parties involved in the event from claims arising from my participation, except to the extent such claims cannot legally be waived.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event personnel to obtain or provide reasonable emergency medical assistance when necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation, to the extent permitted by law.

I agree to follow event rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by event officials and volunteers.

Participants Under 18: A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and agree to this waiver on behalf of any participant under the age of 18.

By completing registration and electronically accepting this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand its terms and voluntarily agree to them.
