In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and
administrators waive and release any/all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Harry Chapin Memorial Run Against Hunger and its Board of Directors and organizing committee members, Village of Croton on Hudson, Town of Cortlandt, Croton Harmon Union Free School District, New York City Department of Environmental Protection, New York City Water Board, and any of their agents, other supporters, volunteers, sponsors, and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. If I am registering other people, I attest that each of those people agree with these terms and that I am authorized by each of those people to agree to these terms on their behalf.
