RELEASE AND WAIVER AGREEMENT: In consideration of your accepting my entry in the event, I, intending bound for myself, my Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, do hereby release and discharge all sponsors arising from illness, injuries and damages I may suffer as a result of participation in this event.  South Suburban Park and Recreation District may take photos, audio and/or video recordings of anyone in attendance at a District-managed property or facility or during any District-associated class, event, or program. The District may use these materials at its discretion for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without obligation, compensation, or liability to those appearing in such materials.  I have read the entry information provided and certify compliance by my signature.  I also understand that my entry fees are nonrefundable.
