Kids Fun Run registration includes breakfast bites, Run for the Ring performance t-shirt, and admission to Kids Zone with bounce houses, mazes, and more!

Those with type 1 diabetes will have the option of receiving a special t-shirt. Please indicate whether you would like your special shirt at registration. Must register before July 11, 2026 to guarantee t-shirt.

Every participant can decorate a back bib that says "Running for My 1” to honor their type 1 loved one. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please bring another adult to watch your children if you are running in the 5K.

Sleep In

Not a runner, but still want to support? Sleep in and become a fundraiser to help our type 1 heroes! Sleep-In Registration includes Run for the Ring performance t-shirt, which will be mailed to registrants post-event. Must register before July 11, 2026 to guarantee t-shirt.

Virtual 5K Run/Walk

Unable to make it in-person? Our Virtual 5K allows you to participate in the event from your own neighborhood, nearby park, or favorite trail! Run, walk, or jog anytime during the week leading up to event day, and tag @cdfdiabetes in a social post with #RunForTheRing2026 so we can see!

Virtual registration includes a Run for the Ring performance t-shirt (mailed to the participant post-event). Must register before July 11, 2026 to guarantee t-shirt. Those with type 1 diabetes will have the option of receiving a special "I'm the 1" t-shirt! Please indicate whether you would like your special shirt at registration.
