Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound, do hereby waive and forever release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, RunSignup.com, and all of their agents, sponsors, volunteers, and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property before, during, or after the event. This release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees.

I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including falls, contact with other participants, weather effects, traffic, and course conditions. I acknowledge these risks are known and understood by me. I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for completion of this event.

In the event of illness, injury, or medical emergency during the event, I authorize the Event Director to secure medical treatment deemed necessary. I agree that I will be fully responsible for payment of all medical services rendered to me.

I grant permission to use my name, voice, and images in photographs, videos, results, publications, or any other recording of this event.

Entry Fee Policy

All entry fees are non-refundable. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. Bib numbers are non-transferable.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge having read and agreed to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.
