In consideration of accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, here, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release the Run 4 Downtown, its directors, event vendors, race/event officials, volunteers, Super Race Systems, sponsors, their representatives and successors and the City of Middletown, its police department and fire department from all claims of liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
In the event the race needs to cancel due to coronavirus, your race entry will be considered a donation to help revitalize downtown Middletown.
