By submitting this registration, I agree to release and forever discharge and hold harmless the Autism Society of Maryland, Inc. and its successors and assign from any and all liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from my participation in this activity or the participation of other adults (age 18 or older) and/or my child(ren)’s (if under 18) participation in this activity.  This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

I agree to abide by the rules established by Autism Society of Maryland, Inc. including but not limited to managers, staff, board members, volunteers and all notices posted at the event. I certify that all the information provided here is true and has been given voluntarily and may be disclosed to any party with legal and proper interest.  

Further, I grant permission to the Autism Society of Maryland, Inc. to use my name, voice and images of me, other individuals age 18 or older in this registration, and all children under age 18 in this registration in any photographs, motion pictures, results, publications or any other print, videography or electronic recording of this event for legitimate purposes to promote the Autism Society of Maryland, Inc. with no compensation provided to me or any other adults and/or children in this transaction. 

The Autism Society of Maryland, Inc. reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond the organization's control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. The Autism Society of Maryland, Inc. reserves the right to change the details of the event without prior notice.  By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (for myself, for other individuals age 18 or older in this registration, and/or for all children under age 18 in this registration) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver.

I understand that all entry fees are non-refundable. The Autism Society of Maryland, Inc. reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond the organization's control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. The Autism Society of Maryland, Inc. reserves the right to change the details of the event without prior notice.
