This scenic 3.1 mile road/trail run will start and finish in the lower lot of the Red Rock Canyon Visitors Center parking area.  

Participants start the run on the exit road then cross over to enter the Calico Hills Trail, close to the Fee Station, and run 1.3 miles up to Calico Hills 1. A park ranger will ensure runners cross the road safely at the water station and enter the Moenkopi Trail.  The trail has some hills with a total elevation gain of 592 ft.  and spectacular views throughout the course!  

Participants begin the run on the exit road and then cross over to enter the Calico Hills Trail near the Fee Station, running 1.5 miles up to Calico Hills I to reach the first water station. Runners will continue along the Calico Hills/Grand Circle Trail to Sandstone Quarry and the second water station. From there, the course follows the Grand Circle Loop Trail to the White Rock parking area, then along the Scenic Drive to the crosswalk before Willow Springs, where a park ranger will assist runners across the road at the final water station to rejoin the Grand Circle Loop Trail.

Designed for runners seeking a longer challenge, this scenic course features rugged desert trails, sections of the Scenic Drive, expansive canyon views, and a total elevation gain of 1,300 feet.
