By registering for this event, I confirm that I agree to comply with the rules of the Bermuda Bicycle Association (“BBA”) and all event instructions.

I acknowledge that participation in cycling events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to road and surface hazards, traffic, weather conditions, equipment failure, actions of other participants or volunteers, and my own physical condition. I voluntarily assume all such risks and waive, release, and discharge the Bermuda Bicycle Association, event organisers, sponsors, landowners, officials, volunteers, and agents from any claims arising from injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring during or in connection with this event.

I consent to receive emergency medical treatment if required during the event.

Privacy & Personal Information (PIPA)

I understand that BBA will collect and process personal information about me (or my child), including registration details, emergency contacts, event participation, results, photographs/video, and, where necessary, medical or anti-doping information. This information will be used for event administration, safety, results publication, regulatory and insurance requirements, and related communications, and may be shared only with parties directly involved in delivering or regulating the event.

Personal information will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary and in accordance with Bermuda law. I understand I have the right to access or correct my personal information by contacting BBA.

Anti-Doping Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that this event is conducted under BBA rules and applicable anti-doping regulations, including those of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), where applicable. I understand I may be subject to anti-doping controls and consent to the collection and processing of anti-doping-related personal information for results management and rule enforcement.

Photo & Media Consent

I consent to the use of photographs and/or video taken during the event for BBA reporting, results, and promotional purposes.

Minors

If the participant is under eighteen (18) years of age, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent on their behalf to all of the above.
