In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound, hereby waive and forever release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, RunSignup.com, their agents, sponsors, volunteers, and employees, for any and all injuries to me or my personal property before, during, or after the event. I understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

I acknowledge that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with the event, including falls, contact with other participants, weather, traffic, and course conditions, and I waive any claims related to these and other risks typically associated with running a road race. I agree to follow all decisions of race officials regarding my ability to safely complete the event. I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate, and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor.

In the event of an illness, injury, or medical emergency during the event, I authorize the Event Director to secure any necessary medical treatment from accredited hospitals, clinics, or physicians. I understand I am fully responsible for all medical costs, including transport, medications, treatment, and hospitalization.

I agree to follow CDC recommendations for preventing the spread of COVID-19 and any state, community, or race-specific safety guidelines, and I confirm I have reviewed CDC guidance at https://www.cdc.gov.

I grant permission for my name, voice, and images to be used in photographs, videos, results, publications, or other recordings of this event for legitimate purposes.

I understand that all entry fees are non-refundable, and that the event may be postponed, canceled, or modified due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control. Bib numbers are non-transferable.

By submitting this entry, I (or a parent or guardian for participants under 18) acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver, release, and no-refund policy.
