Your individual fundraising page will be set up for you after you complete your online registration. After registering, you will receive an email that will allow you to customize your individual fundraising page.
If you would prefer to pay via mail, send your $40 registration fee (the price increases to $50 April 22), made payable to Cass Community Health Foundation, to 2316 E. Meyer Blvd., Kansas City, Missouri 64132.

Prizes are not cumulative. The participant that raises the most money will also receive the grand prize. Cass Community Health Foundation reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
