Race Day FAQS
Following are important race day details for The Reindeer Run at ShawneeCraft 5K
- Date and Time: Dec. 14th at 10am
- Location: ShawneeCraft Brewing Company located at 100 Shawnee Inn Drive, Shawnee on Delaware, PA
- Check-In: 8:30am-9:30am on race day.
- Start Time:
- The 5K starts at 10am
- The 1 Mile Walk starts at 10:03am

- Course Notes: This course is a combination of pavement and short cut grass. You will have a scenic run on roads, cart paths, and on fairways.
- Timing and Results: Results are based on Chip Timing. Results will be available immediately on this site by clicking the RESULTS Tab.
- Awards: Top 3 Overall and Age Groups will receive an award. Awards are presented at ShawneeCraft Brewing Company at approx. 11:10am.
- Ugly Sweater/Best Dressed Competition: Will take place immediately following awards.
- After Party:
- 1 Complimentary craft beer - Bar service to remain open all day!
- Live Music begins at Noon
- Ugly Sweater/Best Dressed Competition (Top Male and Female Winners)
- Food Options will be available for purchase after the race
- Free Downloadable Photos will be emailed by Monday afternoon.
- Race Day is Rain or Shine
- No Transfers or Refunds
- No dogs or strollers are permitted on the course.
