What is a Virtual 5k?
A virtual race is basically like running a race with tons of other people…just not all at the same place. No crowds, no worrying about bad weather, no waking up at dawn and no rush to get to the start line on time! You get to pick the time, place and pace!
How far is a 5K and I do I have to do the whole distance?
A 5k is 3.1 miles. The best part of a virtual race is you get to make it YOUR race and if that’s not a whole 5K that is OK! You can do what suits you best or challenge yourself to finish in several days or maybe set a new PR!
Where is the 5k?
You can pick your favorite trail, park, neighborhood or even treadmill.
Do I have to run/walk/jog with a dog?
We love our furry companions but we understand not everyone has one (we can help with that!) or maybe they aren’t capable of participating and that is OK!
How long do I have to complete the Rescue4All 5k?
You have from September 14th-October 11th to officially complete your 5k and log your time and share your photos if you choose to.
What do I do when I’m finished?
You can log your results with your virtual bib number and see how you stack up against the R4A community or not at all. Please also share any fun photos of you and/or you companions completing the run! Tag us on Facebook and Instagram and use the hashtag #R4A5K so we can share all of our amazing participants!
What if I don’t want to do the 5K can I just donate?
Yes! You can donate any amount you would like on our donation page
When will I get my t-shirt?
T-shirts will ship 2-3 weeks after the race ends on October 11th. This allows us to order exactly what we need based on participants.
What if I don’t want a t-shirt?
This year we are not offering a no t-shirt offer to assure we reach our minimum order quantity.

What if I get my shirt and is doesn’t fit?
Unfortunately we will not be offering an exchanges or refunds because we are ordering based on race sign ups.
