Fundraising for Ridge to Bridges 2021, while not required, IS a really fun way to challenge yourself, get your friends and family involved, AND support the trails you love. You can also earn great prizes!
Fundraising Prizes:
$50 raised: Ridge Trail Vintage bandana
$100 raised: Previous prize plus Ridge Trail t-shirt
$250 raised: Previous prizes plus Ridge Trail trucker hat
$500 raised: Previous prizes plus Ridge Trail guidebook
$1000 raised: Previous prizes plus REI day pack and entry into the raffle for a free two night stay in the Presidio Lodge
How to Fundraise:
Runsignup.com has a few tools to help you with your fundraising goal, including a personal page to collect donations. Set a fundraising goal for yourself and challenge donors to help you achieve it. Encourage more people to donate by pledging to complete a certain number of routes or other milestones. Share your progress on social media or via email. Why Fundraise:
The Ridge Trail is created and supported by trail-lovers just like you. With every gift the Ridge Trail Council is able to help complete the trail and:
- Provide more trail for everyday and epic adventures and offer guided trail outings
- Rally volunteers for trail construction and maintenance
- Provide funding and support to our parks for trail planning, design, and construction
- Advocate with parks and private landowners to fully connect the trail
Fundraise as an Individual:
Set up your personal fundraising page when you register. Contact your family, friends and co-workers and ask them to help you reach your goal.
Fundraise as a Team:
Form or join a Fundraising Team when you register. If you are a "Fundraising Team Captain", you can set up your fundraising page after you have set up your fundraising team in the registration process. Contact your family, friends and co-workers and ask them to help you reach your goal.

BADGES
You can earn digital badges by achieving different milestones, like completing a certain number of trail outings. Share your badges on social media or via email to humbly brag to your friends and family, or just admire your collection on your personal participant page.
Available Badges:
Finisher Badges: complete one outing in one location and earn the badge for that region
Mode Badges: complete 4 Hikes, Runs, Bike Rides, or Horse Rides
Superstar badges: complete 6 Hikes, Runs, Bike Rides, or Horse Rides
Location Badges: complete 2 outings in one location
Ridge to Bridges 2021 Champion: complete 8 outings
Raffles
