Race routes start and end in Phoenix Park and showcase downtown Eau Claire's beautiful parks and rivers.

OFFICIAL 10K COURSE
- The 10 K route starts on Riverfront Terrace at a point just east of the Bus Stop sign, close to Barstow east of the eastern corner of the municipal parking garage.
- The route heads west on Riverfront Terrace and crosses the footbridge with an immediate left, on the trail south to where it intersects the Grand Ave. footbridge.
- The route turns left or east, crossing the footbridge, with a right-hand turn onto a small trail which connects to the main trail running along the east side of the river.
- Runners will then turn left and head south on the main trail until it connects to the sidewalk which crosses the Lake Street Bridge.
- A right turn onto the sidewalk that crosses the bridge. Once across, the runners will turn right, heading north on the sidewalk for a short distance followed by a sharp right turn onto the trail heading south into Owen Park.
- Runners will continue on the trail through Owen Park and then along the river, behind the Water Street business area to Seventh Avenue. The trail then becomes a sidewalk heading towards Seventh.
- A left turn at Seventh Avenue, staying on the sidewalk which becomes the trail once again, the route continues to the major street crossing on Menomonie.
- Runners will cross Menomonie Street on the crosswalk where two officers from the ECPD will stop traffic while two ITC volunteers will direct runners across the street and straight ahead on the trail that eventually veers to the left, merging with the trail heading west towards Carson Park Drive. At that trail’s terminus, runners will turn right on the trail that parallels Carson Park Drivel and proceed a short distance to the crosswalk across Carson Park Drive and onto the asphalt sidewalk that runs behind the tennis center.
OFFICIAL 2 MILE COURSE
- The 2 Mile start line is a marked spot on Riverfront Terrace and the adjacent sidewalk just east of the Bus Stop closest to Barstow Street.
- Follow the marked sidewalk in front of Royal Credit Union Corporate Center from the bus stop sign to the footbridge for the Virtual Race and Riverfront Terrace for the in-person event June 24th.
- After crossing the footbridge, head south on the trail to cross the Grand Avenue footbridge and then south on the trail to Lake Street.
- Crossing the Lake Street Bridge, access the trail to head into Owen Park for a short counterclockwise route leading back to the main trail heading north to the Phoenix Park footbridge.
- Crossing the footbridge, virtual race participants will veer right off the footbridge and follow the asphalt sidewalk to the marked finish line in front of Royal Credit Union Corporate Center.
- In person runners will head to the finish line on the Riverfront Terrace crosswalk.
OFFICIAL ½ MILE COURSE
- The ½ Mile race starts and finishes at the marked finish line for the 10 K and 2 Mile races on the asphalt sidewalk in front of Royal Credit Union Corporate Center's south entrance between Riverfront Terrace and the Eau Claire River.
- The ½ Mile turnaround point is marked on the trail, south of the footbridge.
OFFICIAL ¼ MILE COURSE
- The marked ¼ mile race starts under the light post on the sidewalk at the west end of the Royal Credit Union Corporate Center.
- The route continues eastward on the sidewalk and around the building in a counterclockwise direction and crosses Riverfront Terrace towards the footbridge.
- A left turn is made onto the asphalt sidewalk heading to the marked and signed finish line for all races.
