Packet Pick-up:
Pre-race packet pick-up will be offered for participants on Friday, June 13, 2025. Location: TBD

If you are not able to pick-up your packet, someone else can pick it up for you. There will be a limited last minute bib pick-up on race morning near the start line. This race morning bib pick-up is ONLY for extenuating circumstances.

Race Start Location:
Sellwood Riverfront Park (1221 SE Oaks Park Way, Portland, OR 97202)

Parking:
There is some parking available at Sellwood Riverfront Park. $5 paid parking is also available at Oaks Amusement Park only a short walk away from the start line. Additionally, some parking can also be found in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Race Schedule:
8:45am - Kids Fun Run
9:00am - Half Marathon
9:30am - 10K
9:45am - 5K
12:30pm - Event Ends

Cutoff Times:
Half Marathon: Runners are required to finish in 3 hours (before 12:00pm). This assumes a Half Marathon runner averages roughly an 13:40 min per mile pace.

Gear Check:
We will have an athlete only gear check corral in which athletes will drop their bag at a pre-labeled area based on their bib number. Volunteers will staff the entry and exit of the gear check area to make sure bags match the bib number of each runner entering and exiting. Bib numbers will be required to enter and exit the gear check corral. For safety purposes volunteers may ask to look inside of gear bags.

Aid Stations / Nutrition:
Aid Stations will be equipped water and electrolyte fill stations, GU gels, and gummy bear chews. Water will be provided at the starting line.

Runners are encouraged to bring their own reusable cups and bottles in an effort to reduce garbage on course. Although we will still have cups available at aid stations, we ask runners to help us reduce waste by running with their own reusable cups and bottles.

A limited supply of First Aid will be located at all Aid Stations on each course, and at the Finish Line.

Half Marathon: There will be Aid Stations located every 2-3 miles along the course.

10K: There will be TWO Aid Stations located along the course.

5K: There will be NO Aid Station on the 5K course.

There will be toilets at every aid station along the course.

Runner Safety:
This event takes place on city roads and sidewalks. There will be volunteers to help runners cross roads at some road crossings, but please be alert when you are running and pay attention at all crossings while following traffic laws. Your safety in crossing streets is your responsibility! In accordance with current Portland city regulations, special events have a very limited ability to hire Police officers for traffic control due to the understaffing of the Police department. Any runner using headphones should make sure their have only one headphone in their ear, or use bone conduction headphones.

Awards:
Awards will be distributed for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall for Male and Female for each distance. Age group awards will also be provided for 1st place in age groups. Age Groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

If you are not able to stay for your award, they can be shipped to you for a $10 shipping and handling fee.

Finish Line:
The finish line will have water and snacks. Swag will be available to purchase. Portable toilets and hand washing stations will be available in the start / finish area.

Virtual:
The Virtual Run sign up is available between December 15, 2024 - June 14, 2025. Virtual runners complete and submit their information anytime between June 13 - June 20, 2025 to the virtual results page located here. Virtual runners will have their items mailed to them shortly after the live race (June 13, 2025).
