What is Run Hard?
Run Hard is an 8-week after school program that will prepare participants for a 3.1 mile race. We utilize character-based concepts to teach running, healthy lifestyle and life skills. The Run Hard curriculum focuses on 9 core values, Teamwork, Wise Choices, Peer Pressure, Work Ethic, Honesty, Respect, Honor, Perseverance and Leadership. Designed for 2nd-8th graders, Run Hard encourages teamwork throughout our lessons and workouts. Regardless of your athletic background or current fitness level, Run Hard will live out our motto: "build up, don't tear down."
Run Hard practices are held on elementary and middle school campuses twice a week, after school. If you are interested in starting a program at your school or want more information, please contact Jesse Harmon, jesse@runhard.org
