COVID-19 RACE GUIDELINES
PRE-RACE GUIDELINES
- Participants must be symptom free of illness for 14 days prior to race day. Symptomatic individuals MUST stay at home.
- Participants must wear shirt and shoes at all times.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be provided at the start and finish line areas.
- Bottled water will be available at the finish line. We highly recommend carrying your own water; there will be a water stop available with staff wearing masks and gloves.
- Runners will be sent off in groups of no more than 50, divided by pace, and socially distanced.
- Runners will line up next to cones in the coral area prior to each wave. Comes will be set socially distant apart.
- Runners will waterfall start under the direction of the timing director. Please listen for announcements.
- There will be approximately 90 seconds between waves.
- Masks ARE REQUIRED PRE AND POST RACE.
- You may remove your mask once you cross the start line if you are able to maintain a 6 foot social distance from fellow competitors.
DURING RACE GUIDELINES - Restroom accommodations will be available at Derek Kotecki Memorial Park
- All participants must avoid any physical contact with other participants which includes high fives, fist bumps, huddles, or other close contact before, during, or after the event.
POST RACE GUIDELINES
- There will not be any post race awards ceremony. Runners can see their results online at a link to be posted later.
