What is a virtual event?
A virtual event is an online event that involves people interacting in a virtual environment on the web, rather than meeting in a physical location.
When will I receive my packet?
All packets will be shipped on November 15, 2021.
Can I update my shipping address?
In order to make sure your package is delivered to the correct location your address must be up to date in your RunSignup account while registering. This can also be updated during the registration process. If you have already registered and need to change your address you also need to edit your registration information for the race.
To do this go to your RunSignup account, click on the "Manage Registration" link for Race Across Wisconsin, and go to the "Shipping" tab. There you can enter your address and update it as soon as you click the "Update Address" button.
The deadline to update your address is October 29, 2021 at 11:59 pm.
I entered the wrong address and have not received my items. Can I get a new one?
Reshipping Policy: If a package must be sent again because an incorrect address was used during the registration process or wasn't updated before your package was shipped you will be charged a shipping fee to ship your package a second time.
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
No, there are no shirt exchanges for this virtual event.
I changed my mind and want to be a different character, can I make the change?
That’s okay! Just go back into your registration and change your character. You can also change your shirt size there too. The deadline to make this change is October 29, 2021 at 11:59 pm.
Sign In to RunSignUp & follow these steps:
- Go to your Profile
- Click My Registered Races
- Click Manage Registration next to the registration that you would like to transfer your event for
- Click the Transfer Event menu item
- Click the Start Transfer button
- Select your new Event from the Event Drop-Down
- Agree to the Waiver and click Continue
