We love our furry friends, but for the safety and comfort of all participants, pets are not permitted on the race course or in official event areas.

Service Animals:

• In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), trained service animals are welcome at the event.

• A service animal must remain under the handler’s control at all times and be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the handler’s disability prevents use.

• Service animals must be housebroken and non-aggressive toward other participants, spectators, or animals.

Why We Limit Pets:

• Large crowds, loud noises, and unpredictable movement can be stressful and unsafe for pets.

• We want to minimize tripping hazards, distractions, and potential injuries for runners, volunteers, and animals alike.
